Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
Successful completion of NCIDQ and Registration as RID

Responsibilities

Manage various Tenant Improvement and Interior Projects
Work with our clients to determine programming requirements and establish project goals and objectives
Bring a high level of creativity and design excellence to each project
Prepare compelling and informative presentations
Prepare 3D modeling during design development to clearly convey the design intent to the client
Research, gather, recommend, and present appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that capture the functional, aesthetic, environmental, and budgetary requirements of the project
Produce detailed and fully coordinated contract documentation
Collaborate with architects throughout the project design and execution
Participate in design charrettes and peer reviews
Work proficiently in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Apply excellent project management skills, ensuring milestones and budget are met while maintaining design and documentation quality
