Who we’re looking for
We are seeking experienced creative Interior Designers with a background working in architectural firms on various types of Tenant Improvement projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Interior Designer looking to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
- Successful completion of NCIDQ and Registration as RID
Responsibilities
- Manage various Tenant Improvement and Interior Projects
- Work with our clients to determine programming requirements and establish project goals and objectives
- Bring a high level of creativity and design excellence to each project
- Prepare compelling and informative presentations
- Prepare 3D modeling during design development to clearly convey the design intent to the client
- Research, gather, recommend, and present appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that capture the functional, aesthetic, environmental, and budgetary requirements of the project
- Produce detailed and fully coordinated contract documentation
- Collaborate with architects throughout the project design and execution
- Participate in design charrettes and peer reviews
- Work proficiently in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Apply excellent project management skills, ensuring milestones and budget are met while maintaining design and documentation quality
