Who we’re looking for

We are seeking experienced, creative Interior Designers with a background working in architectural firms on various types of Commercial Tenant Improvement projects. We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer, licensed in Alberta or Ontario, who is interested in relocating to Vancouver.

You’ll work directly with partners in a transparent and collaborative environment, contributing to key decisions and gaining insight into the full life cycle of projects—beyond design and execution, including business development, budgeting, and strategic planning. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Interior Designer looking to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement projects
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
  • Licensed Interior Designer in Alberta or Ontario
  • Interested in relocating to Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities

  • Manage various Commercial Tenant Improvement and Interior projects
  • Work with our clients to determine programming requirements and establish project goals and objectives
  • Bring a high level of creativity and design excellence to each project
  • Prepare compelling and informative presentations
  • Coordinate 3D models during design development to clearly convey the design intent to the client
  • Research, gather, recommend, and present appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that capture the functional, aesthetic, environmental, and budgetary requirements of the project
  • Produce detailed and fully coordinated contract documentation
  • Participate in design charrettes and peer reviews

Requirements

  • Experience working in architectural firms, collaborating with architects throughout the project design and execution
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring milestones and budget are met while maintaining design and documentation quality
