Our Role

Cutler manages all Interior Design and related Project Management for Spareparts retail stores. Our involvement begins at the leasing stage, where we provide test fits to confirm whether or not a space is a suitable fit for the brand. This then carries through to full Interior Design development, construction-ready drawing packages, management of tender phases, and staging down to the last accessory.

Our Approach

The strategy behind Spareparts is based on ensuring that stores properly showcase their diverse product selection while appealing to the brand’s wide customer demographic. This is achieved by blending both modern and residential design elements so the customer is focused on the product yet feels right at home. As the product base is largely made up of small items, we take a particular interest in custom fixtures, lighting and signage.

“Cutlers’ capacity in both design and construction project management delivers an exceptionally well designed space, value engineered to a successful budgetary conclusion. All design firms claim to be able to design to a specific budget but most often are not familiar enough with construction costs to deliver.
Once budgets are approved Cutler carries the ball entirely, allowing my team to concentrate on our core business. Creative design solutions that facilitate the desired function, on budget and on schedule, we even have a little fun in the process!”
