Keirton: Engineering Post-Harvest Technology
Keirton is a Surrey-based company that designs and manufactures post-harvest and trimming systems, best known for its Twister line of equipment. Combining engineering, manufacturing, and a focus on quality and reliability, Keirton serves customers in a specialized and fast-evolving industry. The company’s emphasis on innovation and craftsmanship is reflected not only in its products but in the kind of workplace it sought to create for its team.
A Workspace for an Engineering-Driven Team
Completed in 2021, this 12,000-square-foot office and workspace in Surrey, British Columbia, was designed to support Keirton’s people and the collaborative, engineering-driven nature of their work. The design balances focused work areas with spaces for collaboration and connection, creating an environment that supports both productivity and culture. Thoughtful planning throughout helps the workspace serve Keirton’s day-to-day operations while reflecting the company’s identity, giving the team a setting that fits the way they work and the standards they hold themselves to.
Cutler’s Role
Cutler was pleased to provide architecture and interior design services for Keirton’s Surrey workspace. Applying the art and science of architectural design, our team worked collaboratively with the client to shape a holistic, people-first environment in which no detail was overlooked. The result is an office and workspace designed to support how Keirton’s team works together day to day and to reflect the company’s engineering-led, quality-focused culture.
