Its stores are independently owned and operated and deeply connected to the communities they serve. A New Langley Location in Development
This 14,500-square-foot project in Langley, British Columbia, is currently in the development permit and design phase. As the design progresses, the work is focused on shaping a space that serves Windsor Plywood’s retail and light industrial needs — supporting the display and storage of building materials while creating a practical, welcoming environment for customers and staff. Working through the permitting and design process allows these priorities to be carefully considered before construction. The project reflects thoughtful planning at an early and important stage of its development.

Cutler is pleased to provide architecture services for Windsor Plywood’s Langley location. Bringing the art and science of architectural design to the project from its earliest phases, our team is working collaboratively with the client through the development permit and design process. By approaching the work holistically and attending to every detail, our team aims to deliver a thoughtfully designed facility that supports Windsor Plywood’s operations and its connection to the Langley community.
