A Warehouse Built for Quality and Flow
Located in Burnaby, British Columbia, this 27,293-square-foot warehouse and light industrial facility was completed in 2025 to support Qualifirst’s distribution operations. The space was planned to balance efficient storage and movement of specialty food products with the practical, day-to-day needs of the teams working within it. Thoughtful organization of warehouse and supporting areas helps the facility operate smoothly while reflecting the care Qualifirst brings to the products it handles.
Cutler’s Role
Cutler was pleased to provide architecture and interior design services for Qualifirst’s Burnaby facility. Applying the art and science of architectural design, our team worked collaboratively with the client to shape a functional, well-considered environment in which no detail was overlooked — from the flow of the warehouse to the spaces that support the people working there. The result is a facility designed to serve Qualifirst’s operations today and adapt to its needs over time.
