Located on Toronto’s iconic Queen Street, the new KITS retail location represents an exciting milestone in the company’s continued growth and expansion into physical retail. The store bridges the gap between digital and in-person shopping, creating an environment where customers can explore eyewear collections, receive personalized guidance, and experience the KITS brand firsthand.
Cutler’s Role
Cutler was proud to serve as the Prime Consultant and provide Interior Design services for KITS’ new Queen Street retail location.
Working closely with the KITS team, our goal was to create a retail environment that translates the brand’s digital-first experience into a sophisticated and engaging physical space. Key aspects of our involvement included:
- Prime Consultant Services– Cutler led the project team and coordinated the design, consultant management, and implementation process from concept through construction.
- Interior Design– We developed a clean, contemporary retail environment that enhances product visibility, supports customer interaction, and reinforces KITS’ modern brand identity.
- Brand & Coffee Integration– Material selections, lighting, merchandising fixtures, and customer touchpoints were carefully curated to reflect the simplicity, quality, and accessibility that define the KITS brand.
- Tender Management– Cutler managed the competitive tender process, engaging qualified contractors, reviewing submissions, and assisting KITS with the selection of the general contractor best suited to deliver the project successfully.
- Project Consulting– Throughout construction, our team provided ongoing coordination and project support to help ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets were achieved.
The result is a welcoming and highly functional retail destination that brings the KITS brand to life in one of Canada’s premier shopping districts.
