Our Role

As an evolving company with more than 150 locations across Canada, Flight Centre wanted to bring their new retail concept to the Canadian market as quickly and efficiently as possible. So when they came to us with the goal of streamlining their overall rollout process, we said "No problem." We quickly identified key areas requiring optimization and implemented our highly efficient project management process. Our ongoing solution includes: test fitting, thorough site surveys, construction-ready drawings, coordination/onboarding of engineers, landlord approval packages, and much more.

Our Approach

Cutler is an extension of the Flight Centre team. We work directly with Flight Centre to assess objectives and create strategies that push projects forward. We are not just a project vendor, we are a true partner. With collaboration and efficiency at the core of our approach, we continue working together to bring Flight Centre's new retail experience to the Canadian Market.
