Cutler’s full-service architectural team has grown considerably in the past few years, to include seasoned and knowledgeable professionals with project backgrounds that range from light industrial and commercial, to community spaces and landmarks, to sustainable design with progressive community planning. Our team of 20 proficient and skilled architects, interior designers and technologists collaborate and work together to create beautiful and functional spaces for our clients.

We take the time to develop a unique understanding of our client’s values and vision, enabling our team to create a tailored and technical design for each project. The entire process is a team effort, united by a shared passion for helping companies exceed in their design and business objectives.

Cutler Architecture has been expanding our operations to design larger, more complex projects. Our capacity and ability to work on sizeable projects has increased with the addition of new team members, under the guidance and expertise of our Principal Architect, Parisa Seyed-Hoseini.

375 Water Street

Allied REIT engaged Cutler Architecture to refresh 375 Water Street. ‘The Landing’ greets locals and tourists alike at the entry to historic Gastown.

Housing restaurants, shops, and offices, this project requires a team that understands the sensitivity of working around tenants, while creating a space that will serve them through both function and aesthetic.

With our unique understanding of historic Gastown buildings, Cutler has been able to provide foresight throughout the project. Our team applies our first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to work in these types of spaces, and our experience of designing in historic Gastown buildings, to guide the project through its phases.

Harrison Healthcare

Harrison Healthcare provides patients with an all-in-one, comprehensive, compassionate level of service for those seeking a personalized and expert care plan. Cutler Architecture was tasked with designing a space that will foster the sentiment of support, a space that will feel familiar and focused, and a space that will feel safe.

Creating a layout and plan included various functions to address multiple treatment types and concerns. With on-site tests available for patients, Harrison needed a team that was familiar with technical design, as well as creating areas for patients to feel comforted and relaxed.

Cutler created a space that echoes Harrison Healthcare’s purpose, a space that meets the needs of patients by focusing on a patient centric model of care.
