As a partner and principal architect leading the architecture and design practice, Parisa brings over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for architecture, design, and leadership and she has stewarded the firm’s strategy to transition Cutler to an integrated Architecture and Interior Design firm.

Before joining Cutler, Parisa worked in various architectural firms in BC, Canada and abroad on a diverse range of project types and complexities. As Principal-in-Charge, she is actively overseeing projects from inceptions to completion, championing her leadership through coaching and educating the team to deliver elegant designs, high-quality work, and exceptional client service. Her focus is on meeting clients’ visions and achieving their goals.

Parisa is committed to mentoring and training young emerging architects and designers, extending her mentorship to support intern architects on their journey toward becoming registered architects.

Jeff has over 20 years’ experience in the design and construction industry and has been leading the Cutler team since 2010. With a background in owner’s representation and construction management, his experience includes many types of commercial projects such as retail, health & wellness, corporate offices, light industrial, and hospitality.

As a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Jeff is part of an innovative global network of business owners that assist each other to become exceptional leaders. Jeff is also a Board Member of Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver.
