Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the Design and Construction Industry and has been managing the Cutler team since 2010. With a background in Construction Management, his experience includes commercial tenant improvement projects, corporate offices, multi-family developments, shopping centres, high-rise buildings, and flagship retail stores.

As a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Jeff is part of an innovative global network of business owners that assist each other to become exceptional leaders. Jeff is also a Board Member of Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver.

With 20 years experience in design and leadership of a wide variety of commercial, retail, and industrial architectural projects, Parisa is an integral part of the Cutler Team.

She has broad experience in all phases of architectural services, enabling her to support clients throughout the design and construction process, from day one until they attain occupancy permit and move in.

Parisa has extensive knowledge of codes, bylaws, and regulations, and is highly experienced working with municipalities in obtaining various permits. A creative problem solver, Parisa champions her leadership role, coaching and educating our team on codes and regulations, embracing questions, and eliminating concerns.
